If you are unable to log in to Mainchain we recommend removing saved passwords and using the forgot password option to reset your password.

Whilst we recommend individual logins for Mainchain, if you are using a shared login please ensure that you advise others to remove saved passwords and update their password so they are not locked out after the change.
